Baltimore has sued the operator and manager of the Dali container ship for destroying the Francis Scott Key Bridge and killing six people. The lawsuit, which cites owner Grace Ocean Private Limited and the ship’s manager, Synergy Marine Private Limited, said the crash was the result of “gross negligence, and recklessness, and as a result of the unseaworthiness of the Vessel.” Grace Ocean and Synergy Marine have asked for limited liability for the incident.

The administration announced the HIPAA Privacy Rule to Support Reproductive Health Care Privacy Monday, which prohibits disclosing a patient’s reproductive health care information, even if they travel across state lines for care.
